Return Policy


Any unworn merchandise you would like to return for a full refund must be sent back to us within 7 business days of receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange for up to 30 days after the receipt of product. Shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
Please allow up to 30 business days for your exchange or return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday, except for Federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. What packaging should I use to ship my return back?
It is best to send your return back in a box or padded envelope for protection. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen while being returned to us. We strongly recommend sending back to us with USPS Delivery Confirmation.

How will I know when my exchange item has been shipped?
Once your exchange request has been processed an email will be sent to your email address on file with us when it has shipped out.

How do I return an item?
Items may be returned via USPS mail only. We will only accept exchanges that are sent via USPS. The item must be securely packed and sent back with customer information, contact details, reason for exchange, and order number. Please note we are NOT responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit. We highly suggest using delivery confirmation for any return packages to show they have been delivered. You must pay postage for the returned package.

Orders & Cancellation
An agreement for (“Seller”) to sell goods to you (“Purchaser”) is made when we accept your order. The description of goods, price and applicable tax are agreed on between Purchaser and Seller when order is placed. Seller’s charge for packaging, freight and/or insurance will be included in the final invoice upon shipment and is to be borne by the Purchaser.
Placement of an order is a binding agreement. Once placed, all orders are considered final and may not be changed or cancelled. Seller reserves the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized, altered, or ineligible use of offer or payment and to modify or cancel orders due to system error or unforeseen problems.
